Re: 4mm class 60

Thanks Jim, I know about the milled frames, it's though outside valve assembly that's worrying me.
Alan Gibson also does valve Etched gear kits, although only for some non caley locos.

Engine shed

Hi picked up an old airfield engine shed that I thought I could use on the layout.
Whit a carry on, I don't think one wall or roof part is the shape it should be lol.
Any suggestions regarding giving it the Caley treatment?

Re: Station accessories

Thanks, Lyndsay there is no 4mm kits showing on the Alba models website, just 7mm pieces.
I have emailed them to find out, wouldn't mind building some older 6 and 4 wheel coaches.
I have 2 of the caley coaches Balerno coaches, still to finish of course lol.

My scratchbuilding skills are very limited I fear, although I am up to butchering various plastic/cardboard ge...

Station query

Hi, I am building a type of minories layout in 00.
I have managed to get hold of the Bachmann cr signal box.
I have assembled the metcalf mainline station building for the layout, does anyone have any hints on how I can make the station building more like a CR station? Repainting colours maybe?
