Engine Shed location

Post by Niall Ferguson »

This is a photo from the late Peter James' collection It shows Drummond 0-4-4T as LMS 15104. This locomotive worked the Carmyllie branch from 1923 until it was scrapped but also worked on the Arbroath and Forfar line. Where is it? It could be Forfar shed, or Arbroath, or even, possibly, Dundee West shed.

My first thought was Forfar and after searching the SLS site found this same image listed as Forfar Shed. There are several other images on the site of Forfar Shed interior to confirm the location.
