Does anybody have a photo of this loco in BR days, trying to find out if it had a riveted smokebox so I can complete a model

Bill
The CRA Archive Catalogue, which is available on the website, lists two photographs of 55225 in CRA7/1/3/7: at St Enoch on 23/07/1959 and Corkerhill on 14/08/1960. I don't have the images on my computer, but will be in Thurso St on Friday and will try and check the smoke box details.
You can of course inspect the photographs yourself by visiting the Archive.

Bill, attached is a copy of the two photographs in the CRA Archive collection, which clearly show the riveted smokebox.

I would have thought that by BR days, all the ex Caley engines would have had rivetted smokeboxes - surely they would all have been re-boilered by 1948?
